Shipping policy
Shipping times are listed on each product page. If dates are not list for in-stock items, then your order should be processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Self-published games can take two weeks or more to create and ship.
Most products is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after noon (Pacific Time) are treated as if they came in the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs.
Most of our merchandise – including apparel, housewares and accessories – include free shipping.
Please note, for international orders, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes your country requires. We are not able to collect these on your behalf.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery date, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not offer refunds or returns on our items since all our products are customized and made to order. Please read the description and review the sizing chart to ensure you are purchasing the correct item!
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within three days with your order number to request an exchange or refund. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Non-deliverable returns
If an order is returned to us as non-deliverable, the dollar amount of the purchased item will be refunded minus shipping costs.
