Dice Substitutions
All Booster Decks are compatible with the Blue Starter Deck. However, Killer Bunnies plays best when the Booster Decks are added in sequential order. If you do play with non-sequential Booster Decks, this section provides you with a guide on how to substitute for possible missing dice that you might need if you do not have an earlier Booster Deck.
Colored 12-Sided Dice
The Blue Starter Deck includes six 12-sided dice: Violet, Orange, Green, Yellow, Blue and Black. Other colored die are added in various Booster Decks, including a red die (Red Booster Deck), white die (Twilight White Booster Deck) and pink die (Perfectly Pink Booster Deck). If you do not have these Booster Decks, feel free to add your own 12-sided die (any color) to the game.
If you do not have any of these 12-side die, simply use one of the six original 12-sided dice.
To make life in your Bunnies Universe easier, please get the appropriate 12-sided die at your earliest opportunity.
Clear 20-Sided Die
Cards with a capital letter T in one of the squares on the right border of the card require the card player to use a Clear 20-sided die. The 20-sided die is included in Killer Bunnies Violet Quest or Violet Conquest Booster Decks. If you do not have these Booster Decks, feel free to add your own 20-sided die (any color) to the game.
If you do not have a 20-sided die, then roll the Black 12-sided die and add 8 to every roll.

Zodiac 12-Sided Die
Cards with a capital letter Z in one of the squares on the right border of the card require the card player to use a Zodiac 12-sided die. The Zodiac die is included in the Green Booster Deck. If you do not have the Green Booster Deck, feel free to add your own Zodiac 12-sided die to the game.
If you do not have a Zodiac 12-sided die, then roll the Green 12-sided die and use this chart to determine which Zodiac to use:
- Aries
- Taurus
- Gemini
- Cancer
- Leo
- Virgo
- Libra
- Scorpio
- Sagittarius
- Capricorn
- Aquarius
- Pisces

Copper, Silver, Gold 6-Sided Dice
Morden’s Metals Exchange requires three 6-sided dice of different colors. These 6-sided dice are included in the Conquest Blue Starter Deck. If you do not have the Conquest Starter Deck, feel free to add three of your own 6-sided dice (of any colors) to the game.
If you do not have any 6-sided dice, then use any three 12-sided dice. For Morden’s Metals Exchange, only rolls of (1 – 6) on the 12-sided dice are valid. If the numbers (7 – 12) appear on a 12-sided die, then simply flip the die over to its opposite face.

Chinese Zodiac 12-Sided Die
Cards with a capital letter C in one of the squares on the right border of the card require the card player to use a Chinese Zodiac 12-sided die. The Chinese Zodiac die is included in the Creature Feature Booster Deck. If you do not have the Creature Feature Booster Deck, feel free to add your own Chinese Zodiac 12-sided die to the game.
If you do not have a Chinese Zodiac 12-sided die, then roll the Green 12-sided die and use this chart to determine which Zodiac to use:
- Snake
- Horse
- Goat
- Monkey
- Rooster
- Dog
- Pig
- Rat
- Ox
- Tiger
- Rabbit
- Dragon
