Deck Building with Jeremy Topczewski

Red & Blue A/B Deck (stealing your opponent’s stuff)

This deck is designed to keep your opponent’s bunnies and resources at a minimum so that they cannot play any of their heavy hitting cards, or build larger cities. There are other ways to complete this goal, however this is the one that I found to most successful in my games. The reason that I use the red and blue combination is so that I can steal both bunnies and resources thanks to resource exchange and bunny exchange. Resource exchange allows you to exchange one of your resources for two of your opponent’s resources; bunny exchange does the same thing except for bunnies. The other card that lets you keep your opponent’s resources down is recycle. Recycle forces your opponent to shuffle his saved resources back into his deck equal to twice the number of cities the have in play.

There is another reason that these two colors seem to work well, and that is that this combination can allow you to eliminate your opponent’s bunnies in the most effective manner. There are several cards that help with this, they are: fingercuffs and encore, encore. With these two cards the number of bunnies that you can kill in one turn is extremely high. One of my favorite strategies is to fingercuff two bunnies together, and then finger cuff another bunny to that pair, allowing me to kill three bunnies with a single weapon. When you add encore, encore into the mix you can get the number of bunnies you can kill in one turn up to four.
